With the Synchronized Resource Planner (SRP), ORTEMS provides innovative technology to optimize the MRP process. ORTEMS SRP enables dynamic synchronization of the supply chain (from the customer request to the supplier, including synchronizing manufacturing of all the components) by integrating fluctuations in demand, production and supply. ORTEMS thus enables evolving from a "Material Requirements Planning" (MRPI&II) strategy to a "Synchronized Resource Planning" or "Flow Planning" (MRPIII) strategy, to pull-flow planning that eliminates wait times and inventory.
