The Web PlannerOne© application is designed natively for a multi-user planning and scheduling process.
The available user profiles are:

  • Planning Users of the PlannerOne© schedule with full access to the advanced planning capabilities,
  • Collaborative Users who can collaborate inside the PlannerOne© schedule thanks to graphical markers, and
  • Viewing Users for unlimited viewing access to the PlannerOne© schedule which offers a single repository for the entire plant.

Why ORTEMS PlannerOne©?

PlannerOne© addresses the requirements for visibility on production flows, lead-time and bottlenecks, and supports quick decision making on production issues (capacity sizing, subcontracting decisions, work order time-shifting, etc.).

PlannerOne© offers ERP users a graphical representation of the plant's production operations and loads, constraint-based finite-capacity scheduling algorithms, interactive planning capabilities and real time integration into the ERP production processes.


Architecture / Integration

The PlannerOne© component was developed using the latest Microsoft technologies under Visual Studio 2010 (framework .NET 4.0).

PlannerOne© is a Web application (Microsoft ASP.NET) that can be used to dynamically navigate across the ERP & PlannerOne© and to integrate context-based diagrams into the ERP views.

The tool offers real-time integration into the production processes via the Web Services (SOA) technology between the ERP and PlannerOne©.

PlannerOne© is installed and administered through the ERP, with a single user management and technical data maintenance tool.
